just a general note on how i'm portraying Suou in the yukiverse. From what i see, suou seems to have four distinct different modes of expression.

when talking casually, he uses venacular, ie modern language and some slang.

when working or flirting, he has that heavy flattering, flowery manner of speech.

when thinking to himself, i give suou a manner of discourse that would be most consistent with how he would have spoken when he was alive, or how he would have been taught to speak shortly after having become undead. generally, slightly more complicated sentence structure, and more proper speech that would have been used in or around 18th or 19th century england. i'm guessing this is the time period he was born in, judging by the manner of dress displayed in his flashbacks of Ellone. i could be completely off, but the bloodhound manga doesn't give a whole lot of insite into suou's inner discourse, or how he thinks in his mind.

the fourth mode of experssion is when in vamp mode. i'm still not sure how to go on this one, since he's only in vamp mode in a few panels, but i'll do my best to be consistent with his personality.

i'm sure no one really cares how i view Suou, but i've never worked with someone else's character before, and i really want to do my best to portray him accurately. anyone who has read my first post as suou might have thought it didn't sound like him at all, but there was no discourse with others in that post, only the thoughts coming directly from suou's mind, so i narrated him as i thought his inner voice would sound. i'm hoping to flesh out some of his other interesting manners of speech as life in the yukiverse goes on

now that i'm done babbling, anyone who wants to make other comments on setup #1 can post them in this thread

Hi. Well, I thought I'd add my two cents in, as well.

Right now, Luccia is a little more reserved than she might be normally. I took a little creative licence and kept Martin from dying. The situation is that the characters actually experienced the storyline, then moved into the apartment building so Yuki-sensei could draw it. Luccia hasn't quite found her feet yet. But she'll get better, I promise *winkwink*.

Anyway, Martin and Julian are here too. (Here's another psychopath to toss into the mix, Yuki-sensei is so good at creating them ^___^)

Well, that's my take on Luccia. (I'm actually having fun with her too. Imagine that.)

Kira- He's very flirtatious, but he keeps himself distant. He's like an older brother for Setsuna, always keeping an eye over him, and now, Sara too with their new baby(??!)

Lucifer- Emotionless most of the time. I believe the only trance of emotion you'll see from him is if he runs into Alexiel again. At least, that's how I'll RP him. ^^;;

Photo album for the crossovers taking place. Alternate-timeline Setsuna and Sara were pretty easy 'cause there's a lot of pictures of the two of them; I'm still figuring out what exactly Merry and her "camera" are going to catch Cain, Riff, Jezebel, and the others doing... ^_____^

Probably going to have to do a lot of falling-back on manga for things like Blood Hound and Ludwig and Kaine where there aren't many color pictures in existence, too...

Countess D's character sketches of Uriel & Doll, for anyone who hasn't read all of AS:

Uriel: as some already know, he is the elemental angel of earth, and the angel of judgement. He used to have a crush on Alexiel (he already got over it…I think) and because his love was unrequited, he gave Alexiel the sentence of having her body sealed in a crystal, and blah, blah, blah *we all know this*.

Because he fell bad about it, he cut his vocal chords and that’s the reason why he doesn’t talk. Then he flew to Hades where he got the job of guarding the gate to hell *or something like that*. He also had to judge the souls that came there; and because he was such a kind-hearted and sweet guy, he couldn’t do all those things, so he created an evil mask that makes him a sadistic psycho. The mask was destroyed, but its effects still remain. So, when Uriel gets pissed its time to run away screaming like a little girl. Setsuna, Katou, and Raphael have been witnesses of this ^-^;;;; *oh! A Mika-chan likes Uriel when he goes berserk*

Aside from speaking through his mind, he also have this ‘thingy’ that’s capable of reproducing any voice, so when he uses it, is just like he could talk.

I’m not sure, but I think he’s some sort of scientist, or inventor, since he’s the one that made Doll and Katou’s body out of plant tissue. Oh, and Mika-chan hates it when Uriel stands by his side, since he’s so short and Uriel so tall ^-^;;;

Doll: she is Uriel’s maid. Once an angel that served and loved Rociel, she died after being coaxed into kill Sara by Rociel. Once in Hades, Uriel took pity on her erase all her memories and introduce her soul on Doll’s body. As Doll, she is the same as when she was alive. She is very cheerful and a little selfish, if she does something wrong it would be very rare to see her apologizing for it. But she loves Uriel deeply to the point of giving up her life for him. Since she is and android made of plant tissue, her energy tends to run out. She’s usually the one who makes Uriel come back to his senses when he goes berserk, since she’s the one who has to clean up his mess. She looks exactly like Sara because after meeting her, Uriel decided to make Doll’s face just like Sara, they even have the same red ring!!!. The only difference is that Doll has black hair.

Its kinda’ ironic that Doll befriended Sara in Hades after killing her as an angel…oh! But I think no one knows whose soul was putted inside Doll. If Setsuna found out, he would probably get mad -_-;;;

well, i've decided to take a break from suou for a bit. i'm still not comfortable with his character. i seem to play him a little more angsty than others see him, but the angst is all internal, it doesn't show on the outside. but anyways, i might go back to playing him, if i can get a better grasp of his character, and if i can tear myself away from the original chat rp i've been doing. so, since i don't think it'll come up during play, here's the poem i wrote from suou's pov:

Undead Pain

Ellone…
Her name echoes
In pitch-black night,
Darkness flees before the sound,

Whiter than the bloodless flesh
